Height is a very beautiful part of your life. It gives you looks, personality, confidence, and many more thing. In this blog on how to grow height. I am going to give you a six-point that you can follow to achieve your dream height.

Also, your genetics and geographical location contribute a lot to your height, for instance, people of Caribbean countries have above 6'0 feet height and people from Asian countries have below the height of 6'0 feet (some exceptions/not applicable to everyone).

In the following point, I mention some tips to grow your height. It applies to all of you whether girl, boy, child. This point does not apply to a boy whose beard grown fully and a girl whose hip bone fully developed.

How to grow your height :

1. Physical Exercise - 

Every individual knows how important it is in developing your height. But nobody knows how to use this technique.

First, Do not go to the gym, or if you already going then make sure you do not take the heavy load on above your shoulder.

Second, Try to do cycling, running, jumping, skipping, pull- with the help of support. ups, stretch related physical exercise, or simply hang on the air

It not only help you in losing your overall body mass but also, give you a structure body shape. If you are heavy then the development of height may slightly become difficult and if you are lighter then it becomes easy for your body to develop in terms of height.

Keep this on your mind " sweat more gain more".

2. Yoga -

It sounds weird that how yoga will help in your height growth. But, recall the phrase "every coin has two sides". Same to this phrase yoga also categorize into two subsections:- 

● Meditation yoga

● Body stretch yoga

In this context how to grow height we mainly focus on body stretch yoga.

You should try to stretch your body as far as you can especially, towards the sky. During this stretch, you must keep in mind that the more focus of your exercise is on both calves, thighs, waist include the backside of the waist, neck, shoulders, and forearms.

It gives you maximum benefit when you are an empty stomach.

3. Sports -

Sports directly link to physical exercise. It simply means that playing any games will increase your height.

But wait, do you believe that playing cricket will grow your height? Definition NO. Why? Because for increasing your height you must focus on intensive sports cum physical exercise.

Some of the sports are mention below that you can try to achieve your height:-

● Badminton

● Volleyball

● Basketball

● Football

● Swimming

I'm not saying that don't play cricket but try to include this (above mention sports) sports in your daily sports.

4. Diet -

We all know how diet directly links to weight gain, weight loss, growth, and stagnation.

First of all, if you taking the wrong diet then it is very hard to get your fully developed height.

Second, you must avoid fast food, fat-related food (don't include milk), oily food, sugar, spicy and sour food.

If you are not comfortable in abandoning this food then make sure you eat less.

Third, include vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, proteins, and small fat in your diet. If you do not know about this term then make sure you eat green vegetables, fruits, milk, meat, egg.

Try to build your body in a rectangular shape rather than an oval shape. This will help you in faster height growth (your body shape automatically come in the right shape when you become adult/mature).

5. Continuously thinking about height -

It is obvious when you think about something continuously your mindset develops accordingly. This is natural for a human being. 

What is the connection between thinking and height?

Your mind controls your body and their part and parts development will form a structure body. By this statement, we can think about how our mind controls our soul, thinking, and different body function.


Try to give a message to your mind that what you are obsessed with or looking for. 
Try to think about height every time and everywhere (i.e- during playing sports, jogging, sleeping, eating, bathing, travelling, watching movies, talking, etc). This will give a positive message to your mind to increase your height.

6. Sleep -

Sleep plays a very pivotal role in providing an extra edge in your height.

It is the single major and trusted formula then can 100% grow your height. Let me clear first, that it is not a joke you'll believe in this point by reading the following example:-
(ex- when a baby born he/she sleep for 18 hours and you can see the growth level in his/her body. The same applies to your body and routine sleep).

Sleep gives you relaxation, energy, and refreshment. The best part of it is that it is free of cost. You can easily afford and access this. 

For checking whether this method benefits you or not. You can simply highlight your height on the wall and check your height every week. You will see a drastic change in your height before and after using these methods.
